Art Sales

Art orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of my control, including delays due to COVID-19, weather, and large order volumes.

I offer free shipping to the United States.

For non US countries, I offer flat-rate shipping.

Secret Paper Stash orders

Secret Paper Stash orders are shipped 10-14 business days after billing each month, via USPS first class mail. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of my control.

Free shipping to USA.
International shipping adds $1.20.

Pickup

If you are purchasing artwork, I offer pickup in Rhode Island. I do not offer pickup for the Secret Paper Stash subscription. If you select pickup at checkout when purchasing the Secret Paper Stash, I will cancel your subscription and ask that your select the appropriate shipping option, ‘Free shipping to US.’

I will email you 3-4 business days after you place your order to schedule a pickup time at Wildflour Cafe and to give you additional pickup details.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of art by May Babcock, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you do decide to return your art, please email may@maybabcock.com with your order number and specific reason for the return, and May will send you packing and shipping instructions. Please note that artist-made paper naturally has intentional irregularities, holes, bumps, and general imperfectness unlike commercially made papers.

For Damaged Art

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to may@maybabcock.com.

May will get back to you in 3 business days on how to proceed with your order.

Subscriptions

By subscribing to the Secret Paper Stash, you’ll be automatically billed every month.

I will mail your Secret Paper envelope when your payment clears every month.

Cancel your subscription anytime.

View and manage your subscription from your Customer Account. After logging in, click My account, and then Subscriptions. All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Customers can click a subscription to view its details. To cancel the subscription, click Cancel Subscription. Cancelling a subscription doesn't automatically cancel the most recent order. Email May at may@maybabcock.com separately to request a refund. If you want to delay your subscription renewal, please email may@maybabcock.com. To update your payment information or change your billing address, click Payment Method, and then Add New Payment Method.

Note: To change the subscription shipping address, you must cancel the subscription and re-subscribe using different shipping details.
